Who wants to slaughter some zombies? The zombie genre, initially considered a niche genre, has evolved into a true pop culture phenomenon that has demonstrated its staying power repeatedly. Zombie games can be fun and cover practically every genre you can think of. For obvious reasons, the two most popular appear to be shooter and survivor.

The category is in a slump following a tremendous mid-2010s run, but it’s difficult to follow up after such a huge surge. There are tons of zombie games to choose from, and to help you with your selection, here are the finest zombie games that you can play on Android!

Dead Trigger 2:

Dead Trigger 2 is an older free-to-play zombie game. Updates, on the other hand, have kept the game current even today. It has a massive number of missions, fantastic visuals, and solid first-person gameplay. There are also weekly tasks, hardware controller support, and an abundance of weaponry to gather.

As previously said, it is an older game. Those searching for the latest and greatest in gaming will be disappointed with this one. It does, however, outperform most modern zombie games and FPS games in general.

Kill Shot Virus:

Kill Shot Virus is a relatively new zombie game. It’s a first-person shooter with tons of zombies to shoot and kill. It has good visuals, easy shooter mechanics, multiplayer content, and leaderboards. You also receive over 100 quests, a tonne of items to gather, and much more. It is a freemium game with many of the same issues as other freemium games.

However, it’s a nice alternative to long-time favourites and older zombie shooters like Unkilled and Dead Trigger 2. The majority of user complaints are concerning the freemium components. The gameplay is fantastic for zombie game fans.

Dead Effect 2:

The Dead Effect series is an enjoyable zombie shooter. It boasts stunning visuals and will have you blasting down hordes of zombies, demons, and other sci-fi creatures. It also has an RPG aspect, allowing you to upgrade, level up, and generally shape your character into a combat machine.

You’ll have over 100 implants to utilise to modify your persona, over 40 weaponry to employ against the bad guys, and over 30 hours of total playtime, according to the creators. It’s a good zombie game with a lot of features. This is the closest thing to a Dead Space game on mobile.

The Walking Dead: Telltale Series:

Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: Season One is the first in a series of zombie adventure games. It’s a point-and-click adventure-horror game based on the comic book series The Walking Dead. You go through the game, avoiding several perilous confrontations with the zombie horde.

Your choices affect the outcome of the game. The game has five episodes, the first of which is free. The remaining episodes are $4.99 each or $14.99 for the entire game. There are three more of these games on the Play Store: Season Two, Season Three, and The Walking Dead: Michonne.

Last Day on Earth:

Last Day on Earth is a zombie shooter with adventure and open-world aspects. You establish a base of operations, gather stuff and supplies, steal objects, and kill zombies before they kill you. It also includes seasonal scenery, crafting components, and a plethora of other activities.

This is a fantastic survival game with zombie gameplay aspects. We wouldn’t blame you if you felt the zombie impact was little, but the rest of the gameplay was enjoyable, and it’s wonderful to see zombies in a game that isn’t the major idea. It’s a freemium game, in any case.

Conclusion:

The zombie genres are quite thrilling and exciting, filled with adventure at every level. There’s a big swarm of undead slaying games to test out, much like the zombies they contain. Each has its perspective on how to rip apart living corpses, fend them off throughout massive cityscapes, or employ them for your wicked purposes.

Because there are so many, it may be difficult to determine which games are the finest and which are a waste of time. You can refer to the preceding list and make your selection based on your preferences.
