All delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

1. Delivery Times
Laptops / Desktops / Monitors: Next Business Day (Mainland UK)
Networking / Peripherals / Accessories: Next Business Day (Mainland UK)
Large items or specialist products: 3–5 working days (where applicable)

2. Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: usually within 1–3 working days (fully tracked).
Next‑Day Delivery: available on selected products; orders before the daily cut‑off; next working day (excludes weekends/bank holidays).

3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Delivery times and charges vary by location and are shown at checkout. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.

4. Delivery & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Some deliveries may require a signature. Missed deliveries may lead to re‑delivery charges.

5. Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, traffic disruption or supplier delays. If affected, we will keep you informed.

6. Delivery Charges & Refunds
Standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law. Next‑day/expedited services are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or your order is cancelled before dispatch.
